Michael Landa
Vice President of Claims

Michael joined SCRMA in 2004 as Vice President of Claims and is responsible for overseeing the internal claims handling processes and the branch management team. Prior to joining the Company, Michael worked for various carriers and third-party administrators in the State of California, and adjusted claims in several state jurisdictions, including California, Arizona, and Colorado. Michael previously was a branch manager with a national third party administrator. He received his Bachelor's of Arts degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior, from California State University, San Bernardino. Michael is certified by the Department of Industrial Relations Self-Insurance Plans as a Workers' Compensation Administrator.
