Jody Gray
President

As president, Jody is responsible for our extraordinary claims process, client service, and adaptation to the ever-changing regulatory environment. She has 16 years of experience in the Workers' Compensation claims industry. Jody began her career with Cypress Insurance Company in Pasadena, California. She then moved to a large national third-party administrator where she handled Security Pacific Bank. Jody is experienced in managing and coordinating the workers' compensation claims administration programs for both private and public insured and self-insured entities. She has a special expertise in coordinating disability events that develop concurrently with workers' compensation issues, i.e. leave provisions under the Education Code, PERS disability retirements and ADA accommodation.

Jody is certified by the Department of Industrial Relations, Self-Insurance Plans, as a Workers' Compensation Administrator. She attended Northern Illinois University and has taken all courses in connection with Workers' Compensation through the Insurance Educational Association, including the professional designation of Workers' Compensation Claims Professional (W.C.C.P.). She has earned an Associate in Risk Management (A.R.M.) designation and is licensed as an Insurance Adjuster by the California Department of Insurance. Jody joined SCRMA in 1992.
