Bettina Hooper
Vice President of Development

Bettina joined SCRMA in May 2007 as Vice President of Development. Her responsibilities include the development of SCRMA property and casualty program specific for California Public Entities. Prior to joining the company Bettina worked for various third party claim administrators wherein she managed claims for both public and private self-insured’s. She also developed her own consulting firm specializing in claim audits and process management. Bettina’s career includes over 14 years working in claims management for insurance carriers such as Industrial Indemnity, Coregis and GE's Westport Insurance Company which included 10 years overseeing Public Entity claims in California. She received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing at California State University, Sacramento. Bettina currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Dental Insurance Company (TDIC) and TDIC Insurance Solutions.
